What can I expect during my visit?
Your visit begins with a brief consultation and gentle scalp observation, followed by personalized scalp cleansing and care, warm water, soothing scalp massage, and quiet time to rest.
Depending on the experience you choose, additional elements such as steam, extended massage, and enhanced scalp care may be included.
Every step is intentionally unhurried, allowing you to settle in without feeling rushed.

Which head spa experience should I choose?
If this is your first visit, The Pause offers a gentle introduction to the Virtue experience.
Choose The Reset for steam hydration, nourishing care, and more time to unwind.
Choose The Deep Reset for our most complete scalp-care experience and longest relaxation sequence.
There is no “right” choice—simply choose the amount of time and care that feels right for you.

Which Virtue Head Spa treatments include steam?
Steam is included in The Reset and The Deep Reset experiences.
The gentle warmth adds another layer of comfort to your experience while complementing your personalized scalp care.
If steam is one of your favorite parts of a head spa, we recommend choosing The Reset or The Deep Reset.

Does Virtue Head Spa perform scalp analysis?
Yes. Each visit begins with a gentle visual scalp observation using a scalp scope. This allows us to take a closer look at your scalp and better understand what it may need before your experience begins.
There is nothing to prepare for or worry about. The observation is simply a way for us to personalize your scalp care and make your visit feel more thoughtful and comfortable.

Is hair drying included after a head spa?
Yes. Hair drying is included after your head spa experience, so you can leave feeling comfortable and refreshed.
Please keep in mind that our focus is the head spa experience rather than salon styling, so a full blowout or finished hairstyle is not included.

How should I prepare for my first head spa appointment?
Very little preparation is needed. Come as you are, and we’ll guide you through everything when you arrive.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in without feeling rushed. Your visit will begin with a brief consultation and scalp observation before your head spa experience begins.
If you use heavy styling products or have any sensitivities or preferences you’d like us to know about, simply mention them during your consultation.

Do you welcome men?
Yes. Virtue Head Spa welcomes all guests, including men.
The Men’s Head Spa is a dedicated package that also includes a refreshing mini facial.
How often can I enjoy a head spa?

Many guests return every 3–4 weeks as part of their self-care routine, while others visit whenever they feel ready to slow down and reset.
There is no set schedule—your visits can simply follow what feels right for you.

No. Our experiences focus on scalp cleansing, hydration, soothing touch, and relaxation.
We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical scalp or hair concern, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare professional before your visit.

We’re conveniently located near Abington, Wyncote, Elkins Park and Willow Grove, with easy access from Philadelphia and surrounding communities.
