Virtue Head Spa provides wellness, relaxation, and cosmetic scalp-care services. We do not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.

Service availability may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a service at any time.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be made online or by contacting us directly.
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your complete experience.
Cancellations or appointment changes should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Service times are approximate. A complimentary blow-dry may require approximately 15 additional minutes.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for safety or because of inappropriate conduct.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
A valid payment card may be required to reserve an appointment.
We may accept cash, credit cards, gift cards, and approved digital payments.
Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
Completed services are generally non-refundable.

Pricing and Payment

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used toward eligible Virtue Head Spa services.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaced.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Promotional discounts may not apply to gift-card purchases unless specifically stated.
Gift-card validity and expiration will follow the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

Guest Responsibilities
